There is no question we need a secure border, and we need to actively prosecute and deport criminals. We also need to guarantee the rights of law-abiding people who are in this country legally.

The United States Constitution has been a blueprint for democracy for America and for the World. But no constitution can guarantee the vision of its founders unless leaders do their part to uphold it. Today the guarantees of our constitution for Americans are at risk.

Despite having some of the finest doctors, clinics, and hospitals in the world, Americans pay far more for health care and suffer from worse health care access and poorer overall health outcomes than any other developed nation.
